Delivery

Royal Mail has a planned strike action. We are expecting delays to all post, both domestic and international strike in and around this period. No collection of post will occur on the following dates: 

Friday August 26th

Wednesday August 31st

Thursday September 8th

Friday September 9th

 

In anticipation of these strikes, we highly recommend you leave plenty of time to receive your parcel. Guaranteed Special Delivery services in the UK will sadly not be guaranteed during the strike period above, so we have made the decision to temporarily suspend this service during the strike dates.

Free Delivery UK Mainland standard delivery for small and medium hats, it takes 3-5 working days.

Flat fees for UK Mainland standard delivery for large hats.

Options of Express next day delivery.

International delivery can be arranged, if your country is not on shipping list, please contact us for information.

Made to order Millinery and dresses need production period. Dispatch time is as stated in item description. 

Returns

All items are handmade to order for each customer, all sales are final no return, exchange or refund

The exceptions are quality issues/wrong item sent, or lost or damaged during recorded shipping, you will get full refund if it’s truly lost or damaged buy shipping companies. 

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS ON SALE.

Quality issue (if applicable)

please and photo of the product with issues, we will judge the photo for its quality problem, if it’s verified as quality issue, solutions are: partial discount, or sending replacement accordingly. The replacement will be sent after receiving the returned items. 


Lost or damage refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yuanli.london and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Return Shipping Cost:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use recorded and signed for shipping to option proof of the return. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should use shipping methods with insurance to cover the price of the item, ensure there will be compensation in case of lost or damaged during shipping. 

Couture hats and fascinators are not waterproof or wind proof, please keep it away from rain and bad weather to avoid 

Shipping cost of the purchase is not refundable.
