Few years ago she encountered famous British milliner Stephen Jones at Eurostar train station, their conversation and the love of classic glamour from the gone-by era, inspired her become a milliner. Gradually, she kept learning, finally she quit a well paid position as Head of design, and started her own label Yuan Li London.
Creativity is art, craftsmanship is a journey, just like what Stephen Jones said to her, “Don’t make hats if you wanted a easy life, but if you want to do something extraordinary and fascinating, DO become a milliner!”
